Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: I would first explain to them that the server comes with autojump so there's no need for binds to scroll wheel. I would then tell them that once they start shopping to not use W, use A and D and move their mouse to strafe. But as I'm terrible at describing I'd probably just link him to one of siren's how to bhop videos.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: Firstly I would ask them to stop (if it's not anything offensive that is) if they do not stop then I would mute/gag them depending on if it was text/mic spam

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: It would really depend on the exploit being used, if it was a skip like the one easy2 (I think it's that map can't remember) then I would tell them to stop using the exploit and if they continued then to punish for it. And I would bring up the skip with a higher-up staff in order to get it fixed.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I feel as though I should be chosen for this as I am already trusted in the community holding many staffing positions in the past, and holding murder mod. I am friendly with the players on the server, at least the ones that play, where did they go I have helped out several new players, whenever they help with changing modes or understanding how to use the new pointshop.
