Explain " Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

Player A goes into Fountain District and walks into Player B,Player B pulls out a weapon and kills Player A without a valid rp reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

Player A is raiding Player B, Player A kills Player B,Player B can't interact with anyone or anything in that district and should stay away from it until the 3 minutes of NLR have passed, this does not apply if you have been killed during a nuke raid or while defending the bank and casino vault as a cop,

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of RDMing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.

I would ask Player A to send video evidence of Player B RDMing them, if Player B did RDM Player A then i would explain to Player B that it was in fact RDM, i would then ask Player A if he wants to forgive Player B or not, if Player A does not want to forgive Player B i would warn Player B for the reason RDM, if Player A did end up forgiving Player B i would let Player B off with a verbal warning.If it wasn't RDM however, i would explain to player A how it wasn't RDM and return both of them to their original position .

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

You witness a user MRDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
I would freeze the user and ask why they are doing it, if he has no recents i would ban him for up to 2 days.
Reason:Mass RDM in spawn.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):

The last time i tried to apply was 2 years ago and a staff member told me i should try applying again, i want to help players and help the server grow, I already do the most i can to help new players enjoy themselves and i just want to be as helpful as i can, i know that not everyone likes me but i hope to change that, knowing how many staff members are resigning i think you could need a new addition to the team, i am on the server for at the very least 10 hours a day playing and i am almost always online, if you make a report i will try my best and help fix as much as i can, i have been holding off on re-applying for a long time but i finally have the motivation and urge to do it thanks to many hours of thinking about wether or not i should make another application. I am very dedicated to the server and i wish for it to reach new heights and i would be excited to work together with other staff members to get rid of rulebreakers and help those in need of assistance, i will make sure that job abusers will cease and that discrimination (homophobia,transphobia and racism) will not go unpunished, i will be strict and kind based on how severe the rulebreaks are and if i require help i will message higher staff members, i am always ready to learn and i wish to be taught how to moderate ZARP.
