Suggestion Title: Grim need to be buffed

How would it benefit the server: it wouldnt make grim the worst suit in the server

Potential Issues/Exploits: If swing delay removed: Nothing. If jump get back: cross through a wall

Additional notes: The grim reaper needs to be buffed because now we can no longer jump and the swing delay is still active, now it is one of the worst suit and is almost useless. Please either remove the swing delay or put the jump back on.
The combat suit is now better then the grim
