i mean theres just no need for a new head admin atm, nearly every point you mentioned can be done as a super admin and with the server averaging between 0 and 1 players theres no users to staff over. i think you'd be a good HA but you did just come of inactivity ontop of all that so going straight for head admin just isnt a good look id recommend waiting for the release of jailbreak before applying as then the servers will actually be populated
