After a discussion on TeamSpeak with yourself and DutchCat, I have come to the conclusion to accept your report. DutchCat admitted to his mistake and apologized - In addition, he has been re-acquainted with the procedure when it comes to banning people and realizes his mistakes. He has assured Martin and myself that this will not be happening again. The stated reasons within your ban are valid and the time of the ban itself is more than lenient, hence why your appeal will be getting denied. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
