☆ My Intentions as a Head Admin ☆

I am willing to do what any of the other Head Admins are willing to do, help any user or staff member that's lost or confused. I am one of the easiest people to contact as I will usually respond with a time frame that's no longer than an hour (unless I am asleep of course.) I am active on Teamspeak for a solid 4-12 hours a day and can be caught almost anytime. Just in case the current Head Admin team needs a hand, as I already get a long really well with both of the current HAs.

☆ Why I should be Promoted ☆

Experience

I "joined" ZARP all the way back in 2017, but when I joined the Forums and started being a real part of the community was in 2018. Anyway I started staffing all the way back in early 2019 up until summer of that year. Last year I managed to get Moderator back in January up thru March (When I was demoted for Activity) and Admin by the end of 2020 and when I held the rank of Deathrun Moderator - plus I held the TTT rank for more than 4 months, until I got Super Admin. I have vast staffing experience and have even been asked to staff on other servers; SSRP and Deathrun (sometimes it as a joke but I have been told seriously by a couple of Staff members.)

Attitude and my Character/Personality

I don't know why but I'm just a naturally happy person (unless you catch me when I'm drowsy) and I don't think I've heard someone mention my attitude being bad in years and is because I am no longer toxic like I use to be, and lets just leave it at that. I have a weird sense of humor and attitude similar to another Head Admin (ifykyk) but I have never heard someone say that they dislike it and/or just don't enjoy it. I say weird shit with people sometimes but most of the times its just to get the giggles out of people as I like hearing people laugh.

Forum and Teamspeak Activity

I am active on the Forums all day and Teamspeak whenever I have nothing to do or I just want to talk to someone. I try to put as much effort into my Forum posts when possible and I keep an eye on the Forums the entire day just in case something happens or if my input could be useful on something especially if it involves TTT. I love talking to people that are on there (at least majority of the time) and stay on even if I'm doing something just in case someone needs help.

Dedication

I have had great spikes in activity and always try to keep my activity consistent. As I mentioned above, I have staffed for years and have put all I could into the server, there are times where I was burnt out from all the playing where I even managed to go from Level 16 to Level 37 in a single week before the prestige system was added. The point is that, I am and always was very dedicated to the server, I have tried everything in my power to make it a better place. I have spent most of my Garry's Mod time on TTT and have never been invested in a server more than this one.

I think that I am one of if the MOST approachable Lead Team member on TTT atm. I am asked a lot of questions by staff and users, its true, some people might dislike me, but I have never talked to a person and had the impression like they were scared or overwhelmed in my presence (and I know how some might feel similar to current or ex Lead Team members.) I have trained a good amount of staff members and have never had a feeling that they were overwhelmed and/or at a discomfort.
