How would you handle a TS3/Discord appeal?
I would obviously look at the appeal and ask the person that banned the user to come talk with me on TS or just to slide into my discord dms. I would obviously look at how long the person has been banned for, and what was the bannable offense (if it was valid of course.) For e.g
Hello x
After talking to the Staff member X, we have both determined that you shouldn't have been banned and that you should've been warned and/or kicked before the ban, it seems that you weren't being overly racist but rather just didn't know that was punishable. We hope you learn from this and not to do it in the future as it might actually get you punished.
Thank you for making this Appeal

Hello
After talking to the staff member that punished you we have come to the conclusion that the punishment was fully valid and that you have been warned one to many times and your ban was placed to early for it to be removed just yet.
Thank you for making this appeal

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately
Kick from channel/server - If a person is breaking any of the rules after being told not to do so, whether its racism, constant micspam or any other TOU stuff, after being told to stop after multiple times.
Priority Speaker - Reduces the volume of everyone else in the channel so that the specific person can be heard over everyone else. Can be used in meetings if shit gets out of control and people can't be heard over screaming and other earrape shit.
Set server/channel group - If I am training a user (seeing as that I am a TTT SA) I would use the set server group action to give the user the specific rank that they got accepted for in the meeting, before I start training them. The set channel group hasn't been used in ages, but its used to give people that are gang owners or owners of private channels their special access to a certain channel
Ban - If a person was to continue breaking TOU after being told multiple times not to do so, and/or has been kicked times before, I would ban them. The user had been given too many chances and failed to realise his mistakes.
Delete User Avatar - If a person had an avatar that was against TOU on TS, I would tell them to replace it with something or just remove it entirely, and if they didn't do so, I would delete it myself.
What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words)
Assigning people roles on the discord if the other two head admins or CM team didn't. I would also train other Accepted Lead Team members if the other HAs haven't, also would handle appeals and/or reports that have been made on the Forums.
