A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player for ghosting, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation:
I would guide them to the forums and help them out with the template on how to submit a punishment request and alert an admin of the punishment request so they can handle it.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game:
I would try to resolve the situation by speaking with the player and politely asking them to stop, if they were to continue to disrespect/harass the other user, then I would punish them accordingly.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): Over the past few days, I have actually taken a strong interest in the murder server and would like to help out in the staff team. Similar to that Nogtog bozo I have an unhealthy obsession with the server resulting in high amounts of activity. I was originally planning on just competing in the competition for the new skin but I ended up getting addicted

I'd like to think that I am well trusted because of my staff positions in the past. if not then #RipBozo

As you can see from the photo below, I am very trusted as I've conquered the Minecraft server
