Suggestion Title: Suit changes/balances

How would it benefit the server Right now the main meta is the acs there good easy to get and acs rips mean nothing no one uses other suits because there either one tap to a gluon have no gluon res or there 10billion and there useless other people suggested this before but adding 5% gluon res to a random suit is not enough buff suits like the holo hyper the holo is a very fun suit to use but it is the worst suit in the game the hyper has no gluon resistance at all its paper im tired of people only using acs

Additional notes: Im sure someone can make a better post but the economy and the suits are not good.
