A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player for ghosting, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation:
I would PM him and tell that he can use @ or !p to talk to me and if he say that he got the evidence Ill send him my discord so I can review the evidence. From there I will decide to punish or not to punish the player .

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game:
I would tell the player to back off and stop harassing. If the player will continues harassing the other player it will resolve in a punishment.

What can I say, currently I am holding Deathrun Super Admin which can tell that I am a trusted member in the community, I have played murder before on the old server and was a admin in that time. I enjoy playing on the server but there are some rulebreakers that ruin the experience. That is why I am applying to help out the server.
