A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player for ghosting, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation:
I would ask the player to send me the evidence either via discord, steam or through the in-game private messaging command psay and have a look over the evidence. Once I see the evidence and it is clear that the player in question is in fact ghosting, I would issue the player a warning for ghosting.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game:
First I would give the player a verbal warning by asking him to stop being disrespectful. If the player were to continue being disrespectful, I would then issue a mute / gag depending on which communication method they were using to be disrespectful.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I believe I should be chosen because since release I've really been enjoying the server. It's a nice change from everything else and I've honestly been having a great time. I am very experienced with staffing and using the ulx menu as I am currently Super Administrator on TTT and Moderator on Deathrun. I've familiarized myself with the rules and hope to assist the current
and future staff members enforce them and make sure everyone is having a good time.
