A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player for ghosting, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation: I'll tell him he could always ask any staff member if he ever wants to report someone. Then I would ask him for the proof and if the proof is valid punish the user accordingly.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game: I would tell said player to stop harassing and/or disrespecting the certain individual and if he continues this behaviour, punish him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): It would be a new experience for me being staff for a different zarp server. I can bring some good staffing to the team and keep the server friendly and POG.
