Staff isn't perfect but it really is far from being "fucked" bud. As childish as you are I'm sure the "shit staff" you complain about are just people you dislike personally. I mean I dislike some staff but that doesn't make them shit at what they do. In general, the really incompetent staff members DO really get kicked out and you should know that personally
