Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Well I feel like my time as a mod has contributed because I have really changed as a person and made sure that the community is as a chill and relaxed place as possible. I have always been helping out new players and teaching a lot of people to surf. I always get asked questions about certain maps or how to complete maps to get a faster time and I answer as best as I can and give them a demonstration if they want to see. The people who I talk to say that they always have fun and do wait for me to come on the server. I'm always as friendly as possible to all people new or old. Over the time I have been on/ on the server, I have changed a lot of people's opinions on me. I create a lot of competitions with who can get the lower surf time which keeps players playing the maps and makes players have fun and comminute more with each other. I do believe that all of this has contributed to me becoming an admin.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Well the main issue that I have been having to work around is not understanding other languages that I don't really know. For example, there have been a couple of times when people are talking in another language. This is something that I would need to work around. Well, there are a few ways that I did work around this problem. The first way I worked around this problem was that I got someone who could speak the same language and could translate. The second way was that I google translated because at the time I felt like they were saying something offense but they weren't. Another thing I had to work around was people getting stuck in a level and waiting for me to do something about it when I couldn't. They didn't want to reset because they were trying to get a time but there was nothing I could do to help them and just told them the only thing they could do was restart and try to avoid what they did to get stuck in the first place.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello new moderator welcome to the staff team. I will be explaining to you on how to use the commands you will need to punish rule breakers. So the first thing first, you would need to hold tab and click on the player that you want to punish or do other things to. Once you have selected the player you want there will be a few options. These options are kick, mute chat, strip weapons, mute voice, send message, and spectate.
Ok so starting with the kick command. You won't need to use this command much but there is still a use for this command. The main use is to kick someone for continuously breaking rules, for example, if they were exploiting or continuously mic spamming after multiple warnings/ mutes or gags.
The next commands are mute chat and mute voice. The time you will be using this is when someone is spamming the chat or voice spamming. You will increase the time if they keep doing it.
The next command is strip weapons. The only time this shall be used is if someone is shooting their gun off and it is annoying a majority of the players/ small group.
Message is if you want to message a player privately but it isn't really used unless you want to
Lastly is spectate. This is used if you believe someone is exploiting. This doesn't show your icon and lets you watch the player secretly.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
The way I would handle this is I would find the staff member who banned them and talk to them to see how they would feel about the appeal and if they would want to unban the player. After talking to the staff member and we both agree that the player should be unbanned I would respond to the appeal with

Well, I have improved a lot while being staff and I'm overall friendly to all. I'm super active and easy to talk to. I would say that my attitude has changed a lot since I have been staff and even before it changed in a very big and good way. I'm always trying to make the server a friendlier place and have been quite successful so far. I believe that I have done a good job and this has been shown throughout my time as staff and as a user.
