What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting takes place when spectators or dead runners give information about the ongoing round. For example. Hellsdevil moves himself to spectator and tells ritzy the correct portal! WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
As a first, i would politley ask them to stop disrespecting a fellow player and give him a verbal warning. If they continue to do so, a mute or gag (depending on the situation) will suit the punishment!

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))
I should be chosen because throughout my years on zarpgaming.com i have always enjoyed staffing on the different servers. One of the main reasons i am suitable for the great moderator rank is my large amount of experience. I would also like to point out that the current staff team only has 1 moderator. Which is insane considering the large amount of players that are on daily! I would love to get back into the staff team. As I have always enjoyed playing deathrun.
and as my final statement. I was forced to place this application!
