Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I will tell him that he needs to jump on the ramp and he has to lean on the ramps, When you are on the left side of the ramp you press D and if you are on the right side on the ramp you press A. You have to get from the other ramp to the others, and you do this by flicking off the ramp. Try to stay as much on the lower side of the ramp. Try to practice this and you will get good.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would give the player a verbal warning for Text/Mic Spamming, When this doesn't affect anything then I would mute the player, Beginning with 10 Minutes and I would give them more time if he doesn't listen. This could also end up with a warning or else I would message an Admin to give him a heavier punishment.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would give the player a verbal warning If this keeps happening I would give them a warning of even a kick from the server, If this keeps happening then I would ask an Admin or even higher to help.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I have gotten experience as staff member on the Deathrun Server. I know the rules out of my head.
I am very active on the server, And I have been learning to talk to properly talk to people.
