You're active on the server and clearly have a good attitude towards it but you've also shown time and time again how you are clueless in certain situations such as a few weeks ago when you muted/gagged someone for racism and warned them for the same offence (i was told this was not the first time). I've seen you make errors on the forums several times about things like gag lengths and you seem to be responding "ok" to people calling you out for things once every while. On top of this, you say you're approachable but you always lurk in ts channels and only use text chat in game so it's quite hard to communicate with you sometimes and i feel like it would be hard for you to handle a situation with staff arguing for example when you never talk. Looking at your other reasons for why you should be promoted, it's nothing that screams super admin candidate.

There are also problems with your questions like you wouldn't get in contact with a staff member who banned someone for too long to tell them their mistake or at least get an understanding of context?
