You're active and usually helpful to users in need of assistance, your overall attitude is pretty good and you know the rules well. You might be a refreshing addition to the leadteam.
However, I must point out that you aren't too communicative by nature, and I think being communicative is very important for someone who wants to be in a leader position. Also, in the past I have experienced some immature behaviour from you, and since we are friends it went fine and talks were done, but I am not sure if you could handle some harder situations correctly, calm and collected with users.
