Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:

When someone new joins the server, at first I ask them what they already know. Do they know how strafing works or bhopping. If not I would explain to them the basics, ask them to spectate me. And if needed I will refer them to the video that has been made by Siren.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

At first I would give a verbal warning and ask them to stop. If they keep going I will mute/gag them for 5 minutes.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

My first step would be to give them a verbal warning and ask them to stop exploiting. If they keep going I would warn or kick them from the server. If they keep going I would ask an admin or higher to come online and help me solve the situation.
