I get that you are trying to work on your insecurities and you recognise that you are sensitive but after interacting with you a couple of times on discord I would say it's to an extent that you wouldn't be able to deal with situations that lead team members need to deal with regularly. That being said that's the only negative I can see apart from lack of experience in being an admin so good luck.
