Same happened with Stinky and the bhop mod position. I was adamant we give him the chance, he did, regained some trust on the servers and at very little risk as moderators have few powers. Additionally, the reason for your CM ban has nothing really with your denial so it most likely seems to me like a personal grudge of at least one of the current staff team.
I'm not sure how you're meant to regain trust without the team extending an oppurtunity for you to regain that trust.
