I personally couldn't attend the meeting, but I would've voted yes for you for the following reasons; You have been denied once for lack of trust, and then you had another week of active playing where you weren't doing anything bad. I do not think that Moderators hold an incredible amount of responsibilities and power, so giving you the rank would actually be beneficial to testing whether you're trustable or not.
I personally don't see why you haven't been accepted this week. Maybe some people have personal stuff against you and they can't keep it professional, but hey, we'll see. If you a apply again and I can make it to the meeting, you got my vote. Good luck buddy!
