What is Ghosting? and give an example:

Ghosting is when a dead player gives information about a trap to a living player, allowing them to pass through the trap without dying or being harmed. An example of this would be on dr_minecraft, if someone dies in the left/right portal trap and tells someone who is still alive what portal is safe, that's considered ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:

I would first ask the victim(s) if the player is being disrespectful towards as they may be joking or bantering. Unless the joke is too far or discriminatory then . If they are being disrespectful towards them I would tell the player to stop being disrespectful towards the victim(s) and that if they keep being disrespectful then there will be consequences. If they keep being disrespectful then I will gag them and warn them for disrespect.

Why I should be chosen:
I know I would be a great part of the staff on the deathrun server as I'm an active player and always have a positive attitude. I greet everyone when they log in and welcome new players. I also have experience being a Head Admin so I'm probably qualified enough for this job. Sometimes I take a break from gaming for a bit as a mental break or to make time for school but I know people can rely on me if they need help.
