Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: I will gag him and if it's by the test i mute him

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: If someone using an exploit i will ban him for cheat

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I know a little about the staff on this server, I know the rules, as well as for the administration commands.
I want to become Modo of this server, because I can see in the server's Chat or in voice
that people contact us at least when this is the case, for problems that they do not necessarily know how to surf or
I would therefore like to make part of the Staff in order to "take over" so that the one who enforced the rules of the server, "breath" a little. I know a lot of people on the server, some of whom have made certain rule violations, which I quickly reminded them of.
So I think I'm mature enough to be part of this position.
