I've seen your application and I saw clearlly some minus points, here are a few:
- Doesn't meet up the expectations of minimal 150 words.
- Explanation of the meanings of the rules (RDM and NLR ) are very confusing.
- "STEAMID: Classified Information"

Please explain in detail why you should be accepted, why you want to join.
For example:

"Why should I be accepted is because I'm a very active and enthausiastic person and I've got alot of free time, Zarp has always been a very fine community to me and I'm starting to like it even more. By becoming staff I can keep the server clean from the people who're not following the rules. By having me as a Moderator I can help the server to stay safe and sound."
