What is Ghosting? and give an example:
(Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

Ghosting is giving a player that is alive information that benefits him and give's him advantage on the deaths traps or leaking info that the alive players couldn't know.
Example: "Dead Stephen" tells Red that the left portal is safe to go through, after he died from the right one.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
(Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

I would tell them to knock it off by given 1/2 verbal warnings depends what Player X said.
After my verbal I'll warn them for "Disrespect"

Why I should be chosen:
What can I say, I've been admin before on Deathrun and staff on previous servers. My activity is decent but started to play recently. I interact with staff and users from the server. Knowledge of the rules. The staff amount you have is enough for the player base due 9/10 a staff member is online but I say the more staff the merrier.

PS: I know my time has been lacking this week but that is because of my exam + reflection on school but it will be better like the week before! (rule forced me)
