Honestly this whole process is so that people can give their honest opinion of applicants. I value many of the people in this threads opinions and are glad of their transparency. After witnessing you use a slur before I'm not surprised by any of the comments here. No one has the right to be treated nicely when they behave in the manner you clearly do.
