Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Not much as it is the same methods and commands I’m used to on surf .

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Not really much. Just been chilling with the users and having fun on the server.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would say handling to let other admins know that I am handling the appeal. I would then talk to the admin who banned him and get his side of the story. After that I would then write my outcome on the appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
My time in the Bhop staff team has been pretty good. I have very good activity and a good understanding of the rules. I also have a lot of experience being admin before since I currently hold the ranks of TTT Head admin, surf admin. I also held other ranks in the community which includes Prop admin and TF2 which makes me trusted in the community. I also have a good relationship the users and staff. If they need help on how the game mode works or stuff related to pointshop I’m always there to help.

Global mute is used to gag users from there mics in a certain period of time.

Mute chat 
Mute chat is used to mute a user from text chart if they are spamming or they say something racist and Homophobic.

Slay
Slay is used to kill a user if they are breaking rules like gun spamming

Spectate Player
Spectate players is used  to spectate players if they are afk if they are in a part of map that can affect the users.

Kick
Kick is used to kick a user from the server if they refuse to change their name to something suitable.[/spoiler]

After reviewing your appeal and talking to the staff member in questing who ban you I have come to the conclusion to accepted the appeal. The reason why I have accepted the appeal is that a lot of time has passed and you seem apologetic about your actions. Your ban will be lower to two weeks but please go over the rules as if you’re caught exploding again you will be back on the ban list again
