Over the past few months, for whatever reason, you have shown an unreal dedication to TTT. However, unlike most staff, you go above and beyond what is expected of you. You beg for trainings, you have insane forum activity (seek help) your TeamSpeak activity is inconsistent but still good regardless.

Your attitude is probably your own problem, Like I know that its just you joking around however sometimes you need to be more professional when staffing, however, it's not a huge concern. The problem lies with if people can see you treating this role seriously, and how you would resolve staff issues.
