After taking a look through your appeal I have decided to deny it, for both punishments. Heres why

Firstly for the delaying punishment, you and your friends had previously been walking slowly throughout the entire map. Your video only shows you running through the map but multiple staff members witnessed you slowly walking, which delayed the round. Therefore, the warn for delaying was valid

Secondly for the webtaunt mute. First of all, you should already be familiar with the preview taunt feature but even if you weren't, you and your friends were all playing the same taunt while walking completely side by side to each other. This taunt is already loud by itself but when 3 or 4 people are playing it at the same time it is far too loud and considered earrape. Not to mention that out of the 4 taunts for monogatari, you picked the only 1 that is earrape, which could indicate you knew which one you were choosing. Even if thats not the case, the webtaunt mute is still valid due to Zarpevent being spammed, so the punishment will not be removed
