You know staff aren't meant to mute incase someone says something so that's a pretty strange thing to say. Chute's video shows an example of it working correctly. In this instance Jan is alone on the mic screaming and ignores my request for him to stop. I get your perspective but at the end of the day I asked him to stop and he didn't. There is a large difference between shouting for your map and blowing people's ears out by essentially eating your mic.
Edit: People have shouted many times for their map in the past before, it's fine it's part of the system I have never punished for this. When I get ear raped and ask someone to stop I expect them to stop or chill it at the very least, not continue if not get louder.

staff can mute anyone they want for any reason they want to on their own client, chutes video is a example of it working correctly while on a zarp server. Anyway it is what it is we will just have to agree to disagree good luck big man

At the end of the day from my side there's a line between shouting for your map and ear rape and JanKeeez over that. I asked him to stop and he ignored me. Regardless of the feature he ignored what I asked him and berated me for it instead of listening.
I'll make it a little analogy. JanKeeez is trying to get into a club but he's clearly too drunk and the bouncers are telling him no and turning him around. He doesn't ignore the bouncers and keep trying to get into the club, regardless of the fact he is of legal age to be in the club as ultimately the bouncers hold the right to deny entry if ignoring them would result with him on the floor. Following his altercation with the bouncers, shouting at them for 5 minutes after for putting him on the floor would get him nowhere.

There is no rule suggesting that he is allowed to mic spam after I have asked him to stop, it was incredibly loud and annoying.
