Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: When it comes to learning how to B-hop it takes muscle memory and practice. For people just learning how to B-hop it is important to learn the basic movements first. I would tell them to hold A as you look left and hold D as they look right. Once they are comfortable with doing that, I would tell them to move on to putting them together. When they are good with that, I would tell them to go back and forth moving forward (NOT IN A CIRCLE) I do a brief explanation on how to do a steady strafe. One they understand all of the previous steps, all that is left is the practice. I'd make sure they know that if they have further questions to message me or one of the other mods in the server or via steam.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: There is nothing worse then someone spamming chat or yelling in there mic. I would first ask them to stop as a chance to stop and think of what they are doing. If they decide to continue with the same behavior I will give them a warning that they need to stop and stop what they are doing. If they still continue to do it then it may result in a ban or 2nd warning. If they are spamming racist/sexist slurs then they will be banned.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Cheating is a big no no when it comes to any game. Some people may take this worse then others but if I notice someone cheating or exploiting on the server, the first thing I would do is kick them from the server with the reason being they are cheat. I would make this VERY clear. The reason i would go straight to warning or banning them is because I think they should have a chance to think about what they are doing so they have a chance to stop. If they join back and continue to cheat then it would result in a warn. At this point I hope whoever is cheating would realize that they will get in major trouble for this. If they do not stop and they keep cheating then it will result in a ban again making it VERY clear on the reason they were banned.

Why I should be chosen: I think that i should be chosen because I am on ZARP GAMING everyday. I am on around 6 hours a day. I have made friends with many mods and I love everyone I meet in the server. I am very dedicated to this server and only this server, I will forever support ZARP and all the great people in its community.
