Bear in mind that disrespectful behaviour and harassment can be different things - if you think a post on the forums is disrespectful the best course of action is to send a message to a Section Moderator+ and/or use the Report to Moderator feature on the forums.

If you think this is something which has gone on and may be targeted, it's a good idea to either contact the user yourself and ask them to stop or get the relevant staff member to do this for you. If it continues after this point, then further action may be appropriate.

It doesn't look like the prior steps have been taken here, so Lewis can take this as a notice that you don't appreciate his comments and that he should be making sure to follow the Terms of Use (including with terms that may not be appropriate for him to use!) and being careful when making what he may consider to be "jokes" and how they may be received by other people.
