It's a shame that you feel harassed and your feelings are valid but you can't really expect him to be punished for this. I know you said that you already confronted him about it but maybe this post will make him stop. I know that when I got reported on the forums for my attitude I reconsidered it and changed how I acted, hopefull this will have the same effect.
