I really wouldn't say that messages like "go outside" and "your gang is cringe" are harrassment. I mean if you're gonna take action against him for that, might as well punish me and half the people who use the forums too.

Also you say 90% of his posts are geared towards you but Lewis is very active on the forums and i've seen countless posts that have nothing to do with you so idk where you got that from. Like Narexa pointed out, that last post is fully out of context and not even directed at you at all so seems like you're reaching? Not sure how you would be able to log on to the forums and only be able to see Lewis_Is_Java taking shots at you.
