i do understand where you are coming from but i do monitor the general discussion often. Sometime i just don't feel the need to reply to things in that channel unless they are pinging me directly

Fair enough but obviously you understand there's no proof of that and going for head admin it would be better to be more active as it sets you apart from other candidates. Again, you're a great guy and have tons of experience and trust but that doesn't mean much for a specific position if you're not being seen there time and time again.

From what I see Pie is a great candidate for the position, I'd like to know what other candidates you are thinking about and if so what sets them to be a better candidate and Pie? Anyways,

I'm not denying that Pie would do a brilliant job as he has shown how excellent of a staff member he is time and time again but i'm just saying i would rather have someone who is active on discord as head admin is a big position for it. I mean no disrespect to Pie i am simply stating my opinion which i believe is encouraged? As for a better candidate, i would prefer Richard because i've seen myself that he is active on the discord as well as what everyone already knows about Richard and how great he is at staffing. Again, i mean no disrespect to Pie i just think he is not the best option for head admin.

Pie may not be as active in the general chat of discord, but as for the staff chats he's quite active meaning he tends to check discord every so often, which he can easily monitor giving/taking staffs roles. Richard is as active in here, however, there is no reason to only accept one person, we can still accept more than just one.

Well i'm not gonna know if he's active in the staff channels because i don't have access to those specific ones but i'd like a head admin to be showing activity to the general population personally, so that everyone knows he's active. You might disagree
