I believe you are ready for this position, you have previous experience as SA and as HA and when you was these roles you did very well and left on your own terms, your activity is very very good and you do show a presence on the forums however you aren't in TeamSpeak much which you can easily improve, your very helpful and always make sure everything is going correctly.
