It doesn't look like your ready for this position yet, your attitude towards oxy was not LT material whether he was being toxic towards you or not, it also doesn't look like you go on team speak or are very active on the forums, your activity also isn't the best, you should try to get more in game and make yourself more sufficient when it comes to staffing, if you get up the activity and make your presence more known, i don't see why you wouldn't be ready for this role but until then i do not believe you are ready.
