Hello BlueCider,
I will try my best to write you my opinion and some feedback on how I think you can improve.
I'm glad to see you're interested in an LT position, but I believe there are a few key things you should work on while you're applying. The first point I'd like to mention isn't something you can't fix NOW, but it's something that time will clear. Your activity is quite low at the moment, but this can be fixed by simply playing more. If you're more active on the server you will most likely see higher F1 counts for yourself too (I'm not sure what your current F1 counts look like since I'm not LT, but you will get more if you're more active). The second thing I would like to mention has already been mentioned by Sam,
EVEN THOUGH IT'S NOT A REQUIREMENT, it seems to have become one; TeamSpeak activity is key when applying for LT and I wish it wasn't but that's the reality of it, the voters look for high TeamSpeak activity in LT applicants. Lastly, although you play and handle reports on the server, I do not see you interacting with the Staff Team itself very much, which is very important to show your leadership skills as an LT applicant.
Even though this is just my opinion, the LT could think completely otherwise. I hope you understand where I'm coming from, and I'd just like to add that your application is well written. Best of luck this weekend
