Although this does sound like a good idea in theory, the problem I see with this is that it would lead to a "rich get richer" kind of situation, giving a further incentive for richer players with lots of items that are good for ripping suits to target newer players who would be much easier to rip, so I don't think this is something we'll be adding at the current time.
