How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
In the limited time as an Administrator on Surf, I've learned quite a bit.
My patience has grown a lot, I've built a good relationship with the Pointshop community.
Especially in the Surf community, I love helping people, I want people to see how awesome the Surf gamemode, as well as the community, can be. I have a very big knowledge of the rules and I'm quite respected among not only the Surf community but the Zarp community in general.


What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?
In the 12 years, I've been part of the Surf community I've learned how to help people the best.
It's truly the gamemode i love the most, and my passion towards it continues to grow each day.
I've always seen myself as a good Staff member both in and out of the Zarp community.
I've always gotten positive feedback when I've asked people how they feel about me as a person as well as staff member on Zarp. I got past experience as LT on an old danish Counter-Strike community, so I can't wait to show you how much i want Surf to succeed. I'm very active within the community. I've never missed a meeting ever. Both Surf and on SSRP. I post on the forums and I'm active there throughout the day. I'm very dedicated towards the stuff I love and I must admit that Surf is something I truly am passionate about .


Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
To be fair, there hasn't really been anything I couldn't handle myself. The Surf community is quite humble and wholesome. Other than the occasional Mic/Chat spam, or the Trans/homophobes, that comes on from time to time. But that is of course something I've been able to handle by myself.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would review the report as well as the provided evidence, I would check the OneNote to see if the staff member in question have had any prior notes written down on them. I would take a talk with the staff member to get their side of the story, If the provided evidence shows clear signs of abuse, I would accept their report on said staff member. And bring it up in the next meeting so appropriate actions would be taken towards said staff member.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would contact them on TeamSpeak or on Discord and ask them if they didn't find the ban quite excessive. If they could give a reason as to why the ban was as long as it was, that could be past punishments or if they broke TOS. I would make a decision accordingly to what they had told me.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would use Admin chat, ask if they are in need of assistance. I would tell them what they are doing wrong and how they could deal with the situation a tad better than they are doing. And if it goes all wrong I would take over the situation. And have a talk with them after the situation has been dealt with, explaining in great detail what they can do differently next time a similar situation comes up.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would ask both staff members to come on TeamSpeak, so we could talk about the situation. I would ask both sides for their sides of the story. I would ask for evidence of the rule break. If the evidence in fact showed a rule has been broken by the staff member, depending on the severity of the rule, I'd ask them to go over the rules again. And then bring it up in the next LT meeting.


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would of course ask them to stop first of all. If there is any bad blood between the two parties. I'd ask them to jump into a call with me, so we could find a solution and a reason for the argument. As staff members should work as a team collectively.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would ask the staff member in question if they knew what they are doing is breaking the rules, I would document what they were doing. If it would be a really bad thing said staff member had done, I would ask a HA or a SO/CM for advice on how to handle the situation the best. If they decide that the problem has been bad enough for a demotion, I would drag the staff member in question, in a call and explain to them that would they have done is unacceptable for a staff member, and tell them we have come to the mutual decision that an emergency demotion was needed.
