⫸When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
-If a player is continuously making racist or homophobic comments
-If a player has multiple recents for ghosting
-If a player is caught exploiting multiple times

⫸Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this
There was a time where the server was relatively populated and a few people were behaving quite poorly despite multiple warnings to stop. As there were only moderators on at the time, there was nothing we could do but keep punishing the players however we can until they are auto-banned by the console, or of course until they stop. In that time we contacted some admins to hop on but no one was available for a while. If I was an Administrator I could deal with situations like these easier as I would have access to the ban command.

⫸Why I should be promoted:
I have currently been a moderator for about 2 weeks now, will be 3 by the time of next meeting, and I believe my time as moderator has helped me get back in the swing of things as a staff member here on Zarp. I am active almost every day, with an odd day off to focus on school and work completely and I try get as much time when I play. I have really been enjoying my return to the staff team and I would like to once again take a step higher to help the server out
