Hi PZGren's
I have a question concerning your commitment. CC should be a role that requires a decent amount of time and commitment in my opinion. In the last month or so you've resigned from 5 staff roles, (
here and
here) all of which have been admin or moderator roles, thus displaying that you hadn't had them for a long time. One post stipulates lack of interest whilst the other indicates you falling behind on your studies being the reasons to you stepping down. What guarentee can we have as zarp community members that you won't do the same with this role? I fail to see you display any significant commitment to server roles and this behaviour fills me with doubt that you can apply yourself long-term for a position like this.
Hope you can change my mind but at the moment I can't support you in this application.

Thank you for bringing up your concern.
Since resigning I have been getting tuition at school and have brought my grades back up. I resigned because I was worried that the extra tuition and revision would take up a significant amount of my time but to my surprise I still have been getting 75+ hours every 2 weeks on zarp servers (not including the time I spend browsing the forums/discord). Obviously this means that me resigning could be viewed as a poorly made decision as I didn't need to but I disagree with this for 2 reasons; Life should come first always and that if I am not putting in any effort above the minimum requirements I shouldn't be staff. In fact I believe that me having higher standards for what effort should be put in by staff should be a positive as it shows I will not take this position just for a badge or something else but because I am committed to zarp.
As for me not committing to any individual server I don't see why this would be a problem since the role I wish to take on would require me putting in effort on all the servers. I do plan on becoming staff again on some servers soon as some people know but that won't be until a couple weeks from now.
Sorry if I haven't responded fully to your criticisms but to be honest I don't really understand some of what you are saying (in particular "
