Honestly I don't see you as head admin. A lead team member, especially a head admin should be a person that people should be able to go to when confused about something but every time I've come to you for some answers, the quality of your response differs not so much from a child when asked a question involving ethics. Other people might see you in a different light but I never get much when I ask something that doesn't necessarily involve the rules of TTT. Untill I see you as something else than an administrator with a red rank I'll not support this much.

That being said I'm not LT or in the CM team so my opinion matters very little
