My plans as Head Admin is to become the go to person for Both the users and staff by becoming more active on the server, Teamspeak and the forums. I also feel that TTT could also do with another HA, especially one that is from the EU which will make life far more easier for the current HA due to my time zone making me more available to remove false punishments as well. I also want to continue on building a good relationship with the current staff team and make sure that they understand their roles and that everything is up to a high stander, which I hope will lead to a better experience on the server for the users as well. As Head Admin I would also make use of the advance anti cheat. Since becoming a Super Admin I’ve never once catch a hacker with the stander anticheat. Making use of the advance anti cheat will make life far more easier on the server and will help prevent him from ruined the user empierce as well.






I try be as active as I can be on the forums. I am always looking out for stuff that is related to TTT which includes Server app, appeals and report abuses. With server apps I am always giving out feedback on apps, while doing that I give them the pros and cons and what they can improve on. With appeals and punishment requests I would pass on to one of the admins and offer some guides if they are unsure about something.



I am always active on Teamspeak. Whenever I boot up Gmod I am always on if someone needs to talk to me privately about something or just to hang around with my staff. I have attended every meeting since I’ve been staff and I always make sure to let my opinion be heard and know during the meeting.



I am extremely helpful towards the staff and users. If a staff member is unsure about something I always make sure to help them and guide them through on how they should do when handling a report and what would be the right way of going around it. If they are unsure about a certain command I always make sure to explain to them how this command works and when to sue it. When dealing with users I always make sure to explain to them on how the game mode works and the rules of the game mode as well.



Since becoming Super Admin for the past four months I have taken to the role rather well. I have encounter many different situations and duties while being Super Admin. If something needs done I will always make sure to handle the situation immediately if I am available for the situation. I have train many different staff members since being super admin and so far all of them have gone down well and they understand their roles in the staff team as well.
