After taking a read through your appeal and chatting with Muha about your warning,
I've decided that I will not be removing it.

You were chasing Muha around spawn with the intention of arresting him when you were killed multiple times by another player. If the story about your headset being broken was true, you should've still known you had NLR since you just died and respawned.

Regarding the bug about you not being able to see NLR on the top of your screen, you seem to have had that fixed by CEO, but I will repeat myself, you should've known you had NLR since you died in spawn multiple times. You went to arrest Muha right after dying numerous times, you broke NLR, the warning was valid, and that's why I'll be denying the appeal.
