I think that I have got used to the odd report menu and now know what commands to use in what situation.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
So, a user whose name i will not use, has gone full psycho changing their name constantly to the N-word and wouldn't stop, which is a situation where an admin would ban them, but due to me being a mod I had to get an admin online to BAN the racist user.
When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: 1.Abusig name change: listed above 2.Insiding: someone is refusing to give items back items to the faction they belong after leaving it 3.Ban evading/alt accounts: if two accounts share a similar username
Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Firstly, i would get in a TeamSpeak call with the staff member who banned them and come to a conlusion with them and secondly talk with the banned user to check if they are looking to improve on what they done wrong, then depending on the situation either deny the appeal or accept it and shorten it to 1-3 weeks
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think i should be promoted because i have put a lot of time into the server being the most active moderator and would gladly be the most active administrator and although there are not many reports to handle, i help users that need help in the chat. I also think that the ban command would be very useful at times, the same as /nick on users with inappropriate names. I also am and have been a TTT staff member for over a year so i feel like i can be trusted with such a role.
