After reviewing your report and the evidence you've provided. I have come to the conclusion to deny the report.

The reason why I have denied the report is because you were throwing props near the ladder part of the map which can lead to someone being killed if someone was climbing up. the punishment it self is valid since you can't prop kill or prop push in preround and this was not was not abuse from nogtog any shape or form.
