In all seriousness your activity is not good and i've seen you come on and leave instantly several times. I don't think i've ever seen you on teamspeak apart from for meetings. Your feedback on the forums is not always constructive and that's something you should probably work on. Going back to meetings, as far as i can remember, you don't stand out very much or make your opinion heard. I mean what have you done to stand out apart from using the forums a lot? Have you trained any staff etc etc? I just don't see you as someone who stands out very much and you can tell from your answer to the question because like what does dedication even mean when it comes to ttt? If you've received feedback from lt members i honestly can't believe you've worked on it because i haven't seen a change in you for months.
