He was spectating the whole time, just waited long enough to see what i am doing. Like i said, verbal warning would have been the right course of action ever since he saw me going there

He doesn't have to verbal you before you rule break and he didn't. Because he didn't he had to slay you.

Now this is interesting, at what part it begun to be a rule break? When i jump off the map? Picking up weapons? At any point, my course of action did not benefit either of the teams.
